Anouk A. Brack
Nice to meet you! I am the director and founder of the Experience Integral Foundation. I was inspired to do so at a Next Step Integral seminar I attended in August 2008 in California, USA. My friend Ewan Townhead helped coming up with the name and shape the very early stages of the foundation.

Human Potential
Anouk is a human potential developer. Building on her diverse background in biology, communication, and creative and intuitive development she inspires and motivates people to be courageous enough to let go and allow their full potential to unfold before their eyes. She is fascinated by the outer evolution of biology and even more by the inner evolution of consciousness. She enjoys a good paradox and loves connecting and integrating opposites. She believes that like with feminine and masculine energies in the body, integrating opposites is about fully allowing both to bloom and commune without losing their authenticity. To grow towards our full human potential we need to nourish and grow our compassion, curiosity and courage.
She holds a master degree in biology. She is also a trained energy reader and intuition facilitator. She works at Wageningen University of Life Sciences in the Netherlands at the Chair Group Education and Competence Studies where she is a communication skills trainer (negotiation, argumentation, presentation) and teaches the courses "Intuitive Intelligence" and "Integral Leadership for Sustainability" that she developed herself. She is currently involved in creating a bachelor minor in sustainability based on an integral worldview.
Next to being the director of Experience integral, she is the owner of AnoukA Training, a consultancy company facilitating consciousness development in organizations. She coaches individuals in developing self awareness, taking more ownership of their well-being, and doing their job with presence and passion.
Her own practices are Argentine tango, qi Gong, aikido, meditation, tantra, Integral Life Practice meetings in Arnhem, mantra singing, fitness and of course life itself!
Introducing board member Miriam van Groen
Dear all,
My name is Miriam van Groen, and as of October 2009, I am the treasurer of the Experience Integral Foundation.
I have known Anouk since I was treasurer for a youth association some years ago. Somehow our paths have kept crossing and we keep rediscovering how fond we are of each other. A little ball started rolling when she asked me to help her with and join her during the foundation's first event this summer, the truly amazing Integral Leadership for Sustainable Evolution Seminar. I saw it as a great present for myself after finishing my masters thesis in International Development: a way to kickstart the rest of my life. And it was :-)!
After this seminar, becoming a board member was an intuitive as well as a logical step for me to take. I look forward to helping the foundation organize many more successful events and to reach its goal of supporting the evolution of human consciousness and the development of an integral worldview. I hope to see you soon!

Board of the Foundation
The board of the foundation consists of Anouk Brack (director), Miriam van Groen (treasurer) and Luzanne Heule (secretary). Luzanne (signing in left picture) is founding partner of X-Terra group for management support. Member of the advisory board of the foundation is Lena Huisman (director of Venwoude).
The foundation was created on the 13th of February 2009 in Arnhem, the Netherlands. It is registered at the chamber of commerce in Arnhem, the Netherlands.
