Nice to meet you! I am the co-director and founder of the Experience Integral Foundation. I was inspired to do so at a Next Step Integral seminar I attended in August 2008 in California, USA. My friend Ewan Townhead helped coming up with the name and shape the very early stages of the foundation.

Rik has been closely involved with Experience Integral since it was founded, facilitating events, video-ing them and editing and publishing this material. Since 2011 this has become formalised into being co-director.
The Experience Integral community of leaders and change-agents is very inspiring to me, the people attending the practice groups and other events in a way function as my Sangha.
