Circling is a ‘relational meditation’ during which we explore and accept whatever is arising in the moment in the space between us and within us. The direct but loving feedback you get is invaluable, as well as the deeply nourishing felt sense of being fully seen and fully OK just as you are. Main building blocks include trusting and owning your experience, authentic curiosity, and staying present to the here and now (trying to refrain from stories & not trying to fix each other with advice).
Circling evenings are meant as an introduction to the practice or as an opportunity to deepen your understanding and practice of it. Full weekends are a great way to dive deeper into the wonders of you being you and me being me, and seeing what magic may happen in that space.
