My calling has lead me to learn, practise and teach what it means to be a leader, how resilience arises in communities even under the most adverse life situations and why the human hive just might create optimal conditions for us to become Gaia's most reflective organ.
This calling is demanding!! - but it inevitably blesses me (and I hope all whom I serve) with delight, creativity, compassion and joy. It demands to evolve, yearns to be shared and who are we to deny such a life generating impulse?
Dr. Marilyn Hamilton is the Founder of Integral City Meshworks Inc. Marilyn leads a practice community using Integral City frameworks and practical tools to support multi-stakeholder groups in transformingtheir whole city and eco-region into a glocally resilient meshwork. Her Integral City approach incubates transformation strategies forresearchers and entrepreneurs that integrate their innovations with Place, Priorities, People and Planet. Integral City develops resiliencestrategies that optimize city and eco-regional Purpose and align and grow Individual and Team Capacities with Organizational Capitals.
We energize Community Engagement, focus Decision Making and design Navigational Dashboards for Monitoring City Performance and Managing Risk.
