Coaching is offered at a substantially discounted rate to CL4S participants who choose our Gold package. We have done this because we believe that highly personalized coaching support can form an integral and profoundly valuable part of the CL4S experience.

The coaching will be overseen by our facilitation team (which includes two certified coaches). We will also call upon other coaching faculty including Enneagram expert and experienced leadership coach, Searl Vetter.

CL4S coaching is highly customized and supports you with integrating your learning in the context of your own life and work taking your individual strengths, challenges, and situation into account. Our expert coaches create an empowering dialogical space in which you will gain clarity and form new strategies to supercharge your performance and support you in the work of whole systems transformation.
