Meshworking Leadership Intelligences for Evolutionary Change
In this large group meshworking exercise, you will work with other participants to explore,
“How could the leaders of this Experience Integral community use meshwork intelligence to coalesce authority, power and influence on behalf of a shared purpose?â€
You will be invited to situate your leadership in a matrix defined by the key scales (Individuals, Groups, Organizations, Community, City, Regions) in the global village and your individual and team capacities. You will discover how intelligences can be multiplied by working to a common goal, creating networks, discovering principles and emerging communities of practise.
This group process will conclude with participants mapping the meshwork to take action on a leadership challenge they wish to address.
Questions to Ponder:
- How am I as a leader more or less effective when I have purpose and values to shape my behaviour?
- What lenses or perspectives do I use to connect my values to the values of others?
- How do the actions of leaders impact the communities in which they function?
