Irini Rockwell

"For decades, I have been deeply interested in the essence of who we are and how we can bring out our best to serve the world. For me the Five Wisdoms work is very fruitional. It brings together my training in mind/body disciplines, dance and movement, creative process, psychotherapy, meditation, Buddhism, leadership training, and an integral perspective.

Moreover, I have seen this work transform people’s lives, whether it be to give them greater awareness of themselves, bring out more emotional intelligence, make a breakthrough in their primary relationship, or see their energy in a work situation."
